EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE
EXPIRED. If you send and pay your registration before Tuesday 30 April 2019 you have the discounted rate for early registration. To know more click here.
ABSTRACT NOTIFICATION
Extended to May 20th, 2019. All the abstract notifications have been sent to the corresponding authors. If you have submitted an abstract but you have not received a notification of its acceptance, please contact us as soon as possible. Abstracts for which no registration fees are received for at least one of the authors before June 15, 2019 will not be printed in the abstract book and will only be evaluated as on-site poster.
REGULAR REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Registrations paid between May 1, 2019 and July 24, 2019 will have the regular registration fees. To know more about rate and methods of payment click here.
LATE AND ON-SITE REGISTRATION
All registrations submitted after July 24, 2019 - including on-site registrations - will pay the late registration fee. If you plan to pay on-site please submit your registration form online in any case to allow the organizers to prepare your badge and all the meeting material, thank you.
